1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkillX (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SkillX provides AI-powered business tools ("skills" and "workflows") that generate strategy, marketing, sales, research and operational content based on the information you provide. Output is generated by third-party AI models and is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to act for the business you represent.

4. Subscriptions, Plans & Usage Limits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a set number of skill runs per billing cycle. Usage limits, prices and features are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Unused runs do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to extract, reveal or reverse-engineer the underlying prompts, methodology or system instructions; (b) use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful purposes; (c) resell or redistribute outputs in a way that competes with the Service; or (d) interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, its skills, prompts, methodology and all related intellectual property are owned by SkillX and its creators. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the business inputs you submit and the final generated outputs for use in your own business. The protected prompts powering each skill remain confidential and are never licensed to you.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Outputs are generated by automated AI systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional (legal, financial, tax or other) advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting upon it.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model providers and payment gateways). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive termination by their nature.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
