Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may obtain a refund for SkillX subscriptions and services. By subscribing, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Skill runs that have already been consumed/generated.
• Partly used billing periods after the cooling-off window.
• Enterprise setup fees and custom prompt-conversion work once started.
• Charges where the account has breached our Terms & Conditions.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@skillx.my from your registered address with your account email, the charge date and a description of the issue. We may ask for additional details to investigate.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the relevant payment gateway (e.g. Stripe, Billplz or ToyyibPay). Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
